Costs at Auction

When buying a property at our auction the sale is treated as a Conditional Sale, on the fall of the auctioneer's gavel you will pay a 1% reservation fee and sign the Memorandum of Sale and Exchange Contracts 28 days later, please therefore ensure you have read the legal pack for each property prior to bidding.
